Before starting the facial, you need to wash your face using a good herbal face-wash.
1- Cleansing:
The first step of homemade Veg facial will leave your skin smooth and glowing. For cleansing, mix 1 tbsp of cucumber juice with 1 tbsp of fresh milk and add 1/4 tbsp of lemon juice. Cleanse your face using this mixture for about 15 minutes then wash off with warm water. This juice gets right into the pores for a good deep cleaning.
If you do this regularly, it will reduce blackheads, pimples, dry skin and even wrinkles.
2- Scrubbing:
The second step of this homemade Veg facial is very imperative. Mix in a blender 3 tbsp of fresh green peas, 2 tbsp plain yogurt, 1/2 tsp honey. Scrub your face for good 10-12 mins then wash out using warm water.
3- Massaging:
Massaging helps in a good blood circulation. For massaging, in a bowl, add 2tbsp carrot juice, 1 vitamin E capsule and 2tbsp beet root juice. Don’t forget your neck area to massage. Please massage gently in a circular motion and avoid always, the eye area and lips, as both are very delicate.
4- Steaming:
Steaming is an important step of homemade Veg facial as it opens the clog pores. You will also feel relaxation.
5- Face pack:
Face packs are very important as they help to reduce wrinkles and add glow to the skin.
6- Toning:
Toning tightens the pores and gives it an extra dose of freshness and prevents skin from dirt. You can also convert the mixture into ice cubes, and every time when you need, can take out 1 ice cube and apply it to your skin.
7- Moisturizing:
Having moisturized skin gives a look of youth, radiance, beauty and glow. So, to terminate this homemade veg facial, remember to moisturize your face with corn oil that goes according to your skin type, as dry to normal.
