When the oven or the microwave oven have strong odors, simply place a cup or a bowl of water and a few tablespoons of baking soda. Boiling water, steam will loosen and remove odors deposited surfaces with solid food debris.

To remove the smell of new clothes, soak it overnight in a container with a cup of baking soda, then in the morning wash as usual.

It is also helpful to remove the smell of cat urine or dog. Mix two tablespoons of baking soda with a cup of white vinegar and applied directly to the affected area. You can also sprinkle the place with baking Soda and let stand for few hours before sweeping.
