Recipe of sausages

INGREDIENTS
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup wheat flour
1 tablespoon yeast
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
10 sausages
Olive oil
Salt
10 wooden skewers
METHOD OF PREPARATION
This recipe of sausages is quite easy. You have to put Flour wheat, corn, Yeast, Egg, and Salt in a bowl; mix everything to result in a homogeneous mixture that should not be too thick. In this mixture, you have to fill the sausages, so it shouldn’t be too thick.
Next, prepare the sausages with wooden skewers, and when you have them ready, dip each sausage in the batter that you have prepared. To just finish fry these sausages in hot oil until browned on both sides. Put them on a paper towel to remove the remaining oil. Your sausages are ready, serve it with tomato sauce.
