Shrimp recipes: Delicious salad
Makes 4 servings
Time: 10-15 mins
Ingredients:
½ kg of clean shrimp, peeled and cooked
½ small onion
1/2 apple
1 boiled potato
2 stalks celery, washed
2 tangerines
2 tomatoes
2 ripe avocados
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons hot sauce
4 lemons
A bunch of cilantro
1 leaf of lettuce
Crackers or toast
Preparation
Chop the celery and onion.
Use a large bowl to mix the shrimp with onion and celery. Put it to the fridge for at least an hour, but not exceeding like 4 hours.
Shortly before serving your salad, peel tangerines, remove seeds, and separate the segments. Each slice cut into three parts. Add diced boiled potato and chopped apple.
Chop the tomatoes, discarding the seeds. Peel the avocados and chop into cubes. Chop the cilantro.
Remove shrimp from refrigerator and add to bowl with tangerines, tomatoes, potato, apple and chopped avocados.
Add salt and hot sauce. Squeeze lemons over the above prepared salad. Gently stir the salad until everything is well combined.
Try to put right salt sauce or lemon on salad if necessary. Just before serving, add the chopped cilantro.
Serve to your family or guests this shrimp salad on a leave of lettuce, accompanied by crackers or toast.
