People mostly buy much expensive toothpaste for Teeth Whitening. If you look at the ingredients of a conventional tooth paste possibly find sodium lauryl sulfate, titanium dioxide, saccharin and other compounds. Such compounds are neither beneficial for the teeth nor, ultimately, harmful to health.
In this article I’ll indicate step by step how you can prepare teeth Whitening natural toothpaste with very beneficial ingredients. It’ll be a natural product that helps you refresh your mouth and whiten your teeth without side effects.
Teeth Whitening natural toothpaste (Recipes)
We can develop natural toothpaste at home with the following ingredients:
White clay for oral use: Clay has a great cleaning power, alkalizing, purifying and mineralizing. It’s a main ingredient of this toothpaste. It is essential to use it as a powder, finely textured for oral. Make sure that it does not contain toxic substances.
Coconut Oil: On numerous occasions I have highlighted the benefits of coconut oil. By mixing it with clay gives us the perfect texture for teeth Whitening. It’s also beneficial due to its content of lauric acid, which prevents tooth decay and plaque.
Peppermint essential oil for oral use: Almost all toothpastes contain menthol aromas. However, this oil is very refreshing and leave a good taste.
Essential oil of oregano for oral use: The essential oil of oregano works as a natural antibiotic and combat all types of infections. It is the alternative of essential oil of tea tree for internal use. Any essential oil we use in the mouth, or near mucous membranes must always be oral, because, otherwise, could cause irritation.
Sodium bicarbonate (Baking Soda): The sodium bicarbonate, an inexpensive and highly effective product. It’s used for many household cleaning issues, health and beauty. It is also a good ingredient to help whiten teeth and, incidentally, fight inflammation of gums by its alkalizing power. The texture should be totally fine to use in toothpaste.
